His expertise includes Global Payroll Operations, HRIS Implementation, Compliance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Support, and multi-country payroll coordination across India, USA, UK, Singapore, and UAE.

He holds a Graduation degree from Delhi University, an MBA (HR) from Sikkim Manipal University, and an LL.B from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
